With the principle of targeting the smallest stabilizing muscles, you'll work deeply and efficiently, instead of solely focusing on superficial muscle groups. This means, you may feel muscles that you never knew you had!

One 60 minute Private Pilates session
Two 60 minute **Semi-private Pilates sessions
Use of PILATES by Sanctuary VIM locker room (which includes showers, sauna, & steam room).
*Private Pilates sessions utilize the full apparatus: Reformer, Tower, Chair, and Barrel.
**Semiprivate Pilates classes utilize the reformer and tower apparatus. There is a maximum of three people allowed per class.
